(a) Social development of aggressive behavior in a captive group of Japanese monkeys, Macaca fuscata.
(b) Historical change of the distribution of large- and medium-sized mammals in West Sumatra, Indonesia.
Rizardi
(a) I am studying how monkeys acquire aggressive behavior patterns and how does it develop since 2002.
(b) I study on the present distribution of large- and medium-sized mammals to make a baseline database for those species in West Sumatra, Indonesia. I collect some related information such as folklores and hunting pressures on them.
(1) Extra large clusters of Japanese monkeys in Shodoshima.
(2) Eye color variation of Japanese monkeys in their nature habitat.
張鵬 (Zhang Peng)
(1) To survey the composition of clusters in Shodoshima and Takasakiyama, and analyze factors leading Shodoshima monkeys forming extra large clusters.
(2) Blue color eyes of Japanese monkeys was observed both in Shodoshima groups and in Takasakiyama groups. Distribution of these blue eye monkeys is going to be continually monitored.
