Bonobo (pigmy chimpanzee), so-called the last ape, lives only in a central part of the Congo basin.
We, the members of Wamba Committee for Bonobo Research, have been studying sicial behaviors and ecology of wild bonobos at Wamba, in the norther section of Reserve Scientifique du Luo (Luo Reserve for Scientific Research), since1973.
