 I joined the 32^nd Meeting of the American Society of Primatologists in San Diego, and gave a poster presentation titled Collaborative Matching-to-Sample Experiments with pairs of Chimpanzees. As part of my doctoral research plan to conduct behavioral game theory experiments with chimpanzees, I gained familiarity with the subject of Strategic Reasoning by attending daily classes at University of Pennsylvania Economics Department taught by Professor David Dillenberger. At the California Institute of Technology, I visited the game theory lab of Professor Colin Camerer, and gave a presentation about dual touch panel experiments for pairs of chimpanzees. At Yale University, I visited the neuro-economincs laboratory of Professor Daeyeol Lee and the comparative cognition laboratory of Professor Laurie Santos and gave an oral presentation about my masters research on chimpanzee social learning. The class at Upenn and my trips to game theory labs at Caltech and Yale were valuable to my continuing doctoral research on behavioral game theory in chimpanzees. I intend to implement the skills I gained during my ITP-HOPE project to design and conduct game theory experiments with chimpanzees at Primate Research Institute.

I gained familiarity with the subject of Strategic Reasoning by attending daily classes at University of Pennsylvania.


At Yale University, I visited the neuro-economincs laboratory of Professor Daeyeol Lee.
