HOPE Project Workshop Primate Origins of Human Evolution

The invitee, Dr. Taranjit Kaur presented a talk on a new method for determining fecal glucocorticoid metabolites non-invasively from wild chimpanzees in the Mahale Mountains National Park. This topic is one aspect of her long-term chimpanzee health monitoring collaborative research project in Tanzania with colleagues in Japan. Also during her stay, she discussed and exchanged information about the future progress of this research with her collaborators and colleagues in Japan.
